Hi community. Is there a formal channel for feature requests, or do I just drop one in here as a new thread?

Hi, @stevesmith741, thanks for reaching out with your question, and welcome to the Seller Community! Nice to see some new faces popping up.

If you navigate to our Feature Requests page, you can then select the relevant Square product and select Submit a Request. We recommend having a read of the existing requests as we may already be tracking the feature you're looking for.

I've included a link to a post which outlines the Life of a Feature Request if you want to give this a read for additional context.
