Current behavior:
- There is a $10 item that has an individual discount of 10%.
- The customer is also eligible for an overall discount of 20%
- The 20% discount is applied to the all of the items including the 10% off item
- To remove this the retail assistant needs to go in and manually remove all individual discounts
Expected behavior
- The higher discount should override the lower discount
- There should not be 2 discounts on the 1 item
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, @SarahMarsh! The larger discount should always override the lesser discount if more than one discount is applied, so this definitely sounds odd.
