Failed Verification Online And now i Am unable to join? Is this it?

Hi Team at Square,

 

I have tried my Licence, my Medicare card and my passport all of which did not work 

 

I have been denied of Square Use and contacting costumer support theres nothing they can do for me? 

 

Just wanted to double check if this is it?  Theres nothing else that can be done ?

I’m really sorry to hear about the failed verification—I can understand how frustrating this must be.

Unfortunately, if you’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps and are still having issues, we’re limited in the additional support we can provide at this time. Our automated verification system relies on data from Government databases and, due to strict privacy and security regulations, we can’t manually verify identities.

All Square Sellers go through the same sign-up process, and while you may not be eligible right now, it’s definitely worth trying again in the future as your eligibility might change. I realise this might not be the answer you were hoping for, but I genuinely hope you find a payment processor that meets your needs soon!
