External App Uncategorized Sales

Is there any option to change the way an external app such as Acuity records each sale in Square? At the moment they just come in as uncategorized. Sure i can go to Acuity and pull off a report but it would be very handy to see it in black and white within a Square report.

Hi @DogAdventures, thanks for raising this! Although Square integrates with Acuity to process payments, the integration is managed by Acuity themselves. 

In this case, it might be best to raise the question directly with Acuity. You can find the answer to most questions in their Support Centre or reach out to their team directly at [email protected].
