Estimates - cannot add a service charge and it does exist

Hello,

I was trying to create and estimate with a delivery fee that is not discounted.  This service charge would be added to the bottom of the estimate at add shipping fee or service charge

I click on add shipping fee and I get the above pop up

However,  these fees are already created where they are supposed to be.  

I have been able to do this in the past, because it was my workaround for not discounting my delivery (which I also have as a non taxable item)

Ok it must have been a hiccup or square powers that be fixed it.  Either way thank you I appreciate your work
