Estimate delivery time

I just have a major problems regarding the scheduled delivery time.

I have set up as 10min prep time and 10-30min estimated delivery time on the set up.

However all the customers are receiving auto email saying “your delivery time is 5:00” as exact time. It used to be giving them a time window. Example when customer specifies time of 5:00 delivery, and you guys send me and customer auto emails saying “delivery will be 5:10-5:30”.

 

I am having huge difficulty delivering meals not giving them time window, please fix this issue ASAP.

I have called customer support team and emailed it a few times from last week. The issue hasn’t been resolved it yet.

Apologies for the ongoing issues you're experiencing with delivery times. Unfortunately. I can't look into your specific issue via Seller Community. However, I can see you have a case open with one of our support agents and we're working with the Online Store team to resolve this issue. 

 

I understand this has taken some time, and you require a resolution as soon as possible. I'll see if there's anything we can do to speed up this process and I'll tag you here if I get any updates from the team.
