Error message- Adding a new online site

The system timed out when it was in the middle of trying to add a second website.  Now when I try to restart the process, it says: 

"We're still trying to add a site to your account.  Please wait for it to finish before adding another site".  

 

How do I reset this. I've waited over 45 minutes.

This sounds strange, indeed. Would you mind adding a screenshot of this issue here? I want to flag it over to our Ecomm team to have them take a look.
