End of Day Automatic Items Sold Report

Hi everyone. I am hoping that at the end of each day I can either email or easily access a report that lays out exactly what items and sizes we sold that day that my employees can use when stocking the floor each night. Is there a way to do this? I don't want them to log into my Squareup account.

@user12345 As I said, I know no way currently of having the dashboard generate automatic reports.  That sounds like a feature request, which you can ask for by heading to the Ideate Board to submit it.  At this point, it sounds like all you can do is run the Item Sales report yourself and email it to the appropriate team members.

Hi there @user12345.  It sounds like the Item Sales report from your online dashboard would do the trick here.  But there is no automatic reporting that you can set up.  You’d need to go to your dashboard > Reports > Item Sales and run the report for the day, then export a CSV that you could email to the appropriate team members.

 

Team members can also use the Sales Report on your POS (with appropriate permissions set) if you’d rather do that.

Thank you! I don't want to allow all employees to access the reports though, and I'd want it to be automatic.
