We just started using the scheduling feature, but not all of my employees are showing up to schedule. They are all active and can clock in, but are not visible on the schedule list. Anyone else having this issue?
The scheduling feature pulls its list of employees from the "Team" page instead of from the "Payroll" page - so make sure the employees are active on the Teams page.
