We have recently signed up to square marketing. We are using a spreadsheet which we upload onto the dashboard to then send out custom emails to these clients. When a new client wants adding to this is there a way of syncing this client onto the existing spreadsheet? We are currently having to make a new one to update it onto the system. We hope that makes sense!

After you have upload the customers using the sheet, you should be able to create a customer group to make it easier when sending marketing emails. If there are any new customers who opt in, rather than adding them to the sheet and uploading it, you should be able to create the customer profile directly on the Dashboard and add them to that existing group so they'd receive the email going forward.
To create a new group:
1. Head to your Square Dashboard > Customers
2. Click into All Customers > Create new group
3. Name this group as needed
4. Once the group has been created, you can select all the different customers and add them to the group.
