Double prep tickets after check out Help

Since the new upgrades we have been experiencing  our saved tickets reprinting when customer picks up order and they are cashed out on our IPAD which is connected to a square DOCK. We have 2 LAN printers, and 1 USB printer. One is operating as a sticky printer Star TSP (All are TSP), and the other two are kitchen and front register printers.

I suggest examining your printer profile settings to identify and eliminate any possible duplicate profiles. Printer profiles are tailored for each device, and this could be the reason for the problem on your iPad.

 

Refer to this article for guidance on customizing your printer profiles.

 

If the issue persists, kindly share a screenshot of your printer profile(s) for further assistance.

Thank you. We will read this article. We have been experiencing this issue since the new upgrade. It's very costly to have tickets print double especially for the sticky paper. It's only doing this from our Ipad.
