Double Booking

hi there i was just curious if there was a way to make booking an appointment online for two people with two different service providers for the same time 

example

person one wants a headspa 
person two wants a headspa

they want to come together same time and we have two employees 

does each appointment have to be booked separately?

At this time, Square Appointments doesn’t support group bookings, where a group of individual clients book a single appointment together. While customers are not able to book overlapping appointments, you can manually schedule overlapping sessions for each client on your Square Appointments calendar. 

I don't have a timeline for the availability of this feature, but I suggest joining the Beta Community in the meantime, so you can try new features first when we test them out.

I had a look at our integrated applications, and it does look like Trafft offers a group booking functionality. Since the integration is managed entirely by Trafft, I recommend reaching out to their Support Team directly at [email protected] or here if you have any question about the application itself.
