Domain transfer

Square has been telling me my domain is transferring in progress from almost a month now. The site continues to say my “domain already exists on a different square account”. How can this be the case? Why can square not figure this out?

Since it has been outside the normal range for the domain transfer, I would recommend reaching out to our CS Team directly. 1-855-700-6000 squ.re/contactsqsupport

 

They will be able to take a deeper look since your site is getting that message "it exists on a different Square account".
