Domain transfer

Hi, 

My domain transfer from Weebly/Square to Shopify has been " in pending" for about 3 weeks. I was told it will take about 7 to 10 days. I'd like to know what is holding it. I did all the steps to transfer and received a confirmation email from Weebly saying the transfer will proceed. I contacted both Weebly and Shopify customer centers but no one seems to be able to help.

HI, yes, 7 to 10 business days is normal for a domain transfer.  Square is Weebly did you contact Square Support?  

Please know, domains can stay with their service provider for the duration of their lifetime.  A change of DNS settings to new store URL will take a few hours to work.
