Domain Setup

I upgraded to a paid account, built my website, and then tried to publish it.  I have a domain through ipage (www.silverbirchfarm.com).  I entered the site name in the box titled "Use a domain I own elsewhere" and clicked Verify.  I then clicked Connect in the next pop-up.  I followed the instructions in "Set up your domain" by logging into my ipage account and changing the @ and www DNS settings to 199.34.228.164.  I clicked "Verify Changes" and get this message:

This domain is already in use on another website. Please remove it from that site if you have access or contact customer support

You will get a few options to contact, click Call Us, a new browser window will open with phone number and customer code.
