Does eCard Systems sell Gift Cards with EMV Chips?

I’d like to start selling gift cards with chips. Can I purchase them through ecard systems?

You'd have to check with eCard Systems to be sure, but I don't think they would offer a gift card option with an EMV chip. EMV chips were originally designed for credit and debit cards. The chip transmits an encrypted, one-time code containing the card information, to the card reader. This security feature helps prevent card counterfeiting, making it more difficult for fraudsters to illegally collect credit card numbers and security codes during transactions.
