It only asks for numbers now that we signed up for the loyalty program. Meaning we don't get new customers through emails and that is how we send our campaigns. We don't want to spend another fee for the phone number campaigns, so any help would be appreciated! Does anyone else have this issue?
Hi @NAHs. At this time, Square Loyalty only works via SMS, not email. I know of no plans to change this. However, if you want, you can submit a feature request to the Loyalty Team here. They will review your request and let you know their decision.
