Does Square/ Mastercard owe you lots of money that was stolen from your account fraudulently?

Help me get my money back!!! You all must know that there are no fail safes to protect your debit card from fraudulent charged. I had over 140 obviously fraudulent debits to my account in a 3 day period over a weekend. I had the card!!!  I can not get my money back. Help!!!!!
