Disounts Not appearing when Invoicing

I have created discounts in the past, and they appear when I want to add a discount on an invoice via the web interface, but other discounts I have created with the same parameters (All locations, etc.) do not appear. 

Why do some discounts I have created appear, but others do not? What am I doing wrong?

Hey there @Captured

For a discount to appear under Square Invoices it can't be an automatic discount (meaning it cannot have specific rules or items applied to it).
