Hi! We are using square retail plus on a square register. We are celebrating our 4th birthday weekend and have been applying some discounts. However, this afternoon I’ve had two orders that have an additional 10% off the entire order applied - which is not an option. How can this happen? Any ideas?

Please disregard. I figured it out. It was a loyalty discount. Too bad it wasn’t labeled as a loyalty discount so I could distinguish between what was happening. Thank you for replying @TheRealChipA
