Difficulties with Subscription Sign Up Form

Hi,

When I check my form submission it is blank. This is just a subscription sign up via the website. Can someone please assist?

Just to make sure I am understanding correctly, you are having issues submitting your sign up form for Square Subscriptions? Are you getting any error messages, or is just the entire page blank?

As well as, would you do a bit of troubleshooting for us and try signing up again, please?

• Check for a strong internet connection
• Clear browser cache and cookies
• Try a different Browser, such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari
• Ensure that your web browser is up-to-date
• Log out and log back in
• Restart your device
