Different shpping rates for different countries

Hi, is there a way to set up different shipping rates for different countries?  I can only set up 1 shipping rate per profile, and items can only be assigned to 1 profile.

Yes, you are able to set up different shipping rates for different countries. You would need to create a new shipping profile and choose the countries you would like in that profile. From there, you can create a special shipping rate.

That doesn't work, as an item can only be in one Shipping Profile!  I have been trying to set up different shipping rates for the same products for Canada and for the US, and if I select the item in one profile, it disappears from the other.  Not good!

Shipping rates exist at the checkout level. This means that if you have various Shipping Profiles these should appear depending on the billing/shipping address your buyer enters during checkout. If this isn't happening in your store, I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can pinpoint what's going on.

I'm having a similiar issue. I can only assign an item to one profile at a time, and each profile can only have one rate, and i cannot add new rules or anything.
