Different Stock levels depending where you look

Hi, I am finding that the stock shown when you export the library differs sometimes to what is shown in the individual item. As can be seen in the mages below the library is showing 25 units in stock but the item stock shows 15.

Any ideas what is going on?

We don't have access to your account information on this platform, so it's hard to know exactly what's happening here however my thoughts are that this may be related to you having multiple locations set up. 

If you are selling this item at multiple locations, the stock may appear for each location in the CSV file rather than the total amount (which is what you are seeing on the Dashboard report). You can confirm by scrolling to the right to the end of the CSV file. 

You can check the stock for each location on the Dashboard by pressing the stock number in either red or blue. It will give you a pop up window 'Stock Details' and you can toggle between different locations.

When I export the library it gives the number of items in stock by each location. So, if I check in the exported library for an item in say our Dalton location it will give me e.g. 15. When I check the stock for the same product on the Square dashboard for the same product and same location it will be a different number e.g. 25.

It's not all products, some match and some don't. All products have been set up the same way with stock tracking enbled. Most priduct we sell are variants of a master product - e.g. different flavours of the same product.
