Different Prep Time for pick up and delivery

Is it possible to have 2 separate prep times for pick up orders and delivery orders?  If our driver has a lot of deliveries I have to push out the prep time during service sometimes up to 1 hour.  But then our pick up time also pushes out to 1 hour which means we miss out on orders because people don't want to wait that long.  I use the default prep time for all items and just update the time on the fulfilment page when needed.

While you can set different order timing for Pickup and Delivery, we don't support the option to have more than one order timing set to an individual fulfillment type. In terms of prep time, you do have the option to set different prep times for specific items by editing them in your catalogue.

To do this, see the below steps:

1. Navigate to your Site Items page.
2. Select an item to edit > scroll down on the Edit Item to where it says Fulfillment.
3. Set your preferred prep time and Save

Have you considered applying a limit for the number of orders than can be picked up and delivered at the same time? This might help to manage orders throughout the day.

To set an order limit, see the below steps:

1. Navigate to your Pickup & Delivery page.
2. Select Edit > scroll down under Timing to toggle ON limit orders option > set your preferred number of orders.
3. Finish by clicking Save in the top-right corner.
