Did I get paid?

I sent an invoice to a customer recently. She came by my booth to pay. I pulled up the invoice and she paid using a credit card. I texted the receipt to her. She got the receipt but I couldn't locate the transaction or the money. The customer checked her online bank account and the money was taken from her account. The next day, I received an email, telling me she paid the invoice. Still the transaction doesn't show up and the money has not been received. Can anyone help?

As I see this is your first post welcome to the community.

 

There is no way to see if you got paid from anyone in this forum, we are not able to look in your account.

Check you Balance report in Square for your transfer of money the day after you got the email she paid.

 

On a computer go here in your Square Dashboard : https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/balances 

 

Under Locations choose the name of your business location.  The $ amount is not import right now.

 

On the next screen choose 'View All Transfers'

 

Look for the date or change the dates available in the box in the upper right of this page.

 

Look at the Date She Paid, The Day you got the email, and the following days deposit.

Next to the amount Square sent you there is a >, Click that to see all Transactions in that deposit.   You should see the deposit in one of the transactions.  

 

If you can not find it in the Deposits there call support in my signature line below.  

 

I hope this helps you locate this transaction.
