Detailed item report not printing

I print monthly reports for my consignment vendors. Consignor is the category, each person is the item. I used to be able to print each "item" separately and now it shows up blank when I try to print.

Any ideas???

Hey @mixonmaine! Are you trying to export the information and then print? Or are you trying to print the page that you see from the Dashboard view?

@nika  I'm having the same issue. I'm trying to print the detailed online report of a particular item. This is something that could be done in the past.

@thewildpumpkin If you're having trouble printing a report from your online Square Dashboard these Dashboard troubleshooting steps should help. You may need to clear your browsing history, or try printing from another browser - e.g. if you usually use Internet Explorer to access your Dashboard try signing in from Google Chrome and then print your report.
