I was designated as Authorized Representative by the account holder, but I can't see their account. I need to gain access ASAP. Please help.

Authorized Representatives only give you the ability to contact square on the account holders behalf.
You'll need to get a hold of the account holder again and get them to grant you access to the dashboard. They can set your email up as a login with various levels of permissions so you can access their information.
hey the account owner will have to add you as team member on the account and give you permission to log in and access the account
