When I set up my account I had the direct deposit set to bank A. A few months ago changed my direct deposit account to bank B. I didn’t like that set up so I changed it back to bank A and everything was fine but now all off a sudden my deposits are going into bank B??
I checked my settings and it is set to deposit in Bank A so I’m not sure why it’s happening. I contacted support but I haven’t heard back.
@Roxyblooms The best bet is to sign into your online dashboard and click the help icon in the top left and go through the questions and then you can call or get a call or live chat. That is the quickest way. Unfortunately, on these forums account specific information will never be discussed.
Do you still have both accounts on your account as listed? I think you can have multiple bank accounts now.
