Deposit not received

I transferred money from my account to my bank and instead of deposit I was debited doubled the amount of transferred and now account is in the negative.

@jenesis77 This is an issue that you must call customer support about.  Most of this Community are fellow Square sellers and obviously we do not have access to your account financial stuff.  Also, the Square Moderators here are not allowed to access our accounts, for privacy reasons.  So call customer support to figure out what is going on.

 

That being said, Since this is your first post here, I'm going to assume you are very new to Square. There are a number of things that could be going on here.  Maybe you did the bank transfer and then customer(s) disputed transactions.  Maybe you are misreading the transactions and the deposit was actually made but other deductions (like for Square feature subscriptions) were debited.  Since you have only given us one sentence along with your assumptions about what happened, it's not possible to even give ideas or suggestions.

 

If you want to resolve this as quickly as possible, get on the phone with customer support as soon as they open.
