When I am coding transfers in Quickbooks, I need to know who is included in the transfer along with the item they were charged for. I am ok with the square fees being summarized. When I go to Balance -> View All Transfers it gives me totals and a list of the invoices associated with the deposit but not who the invoice is attached to and what item they were billed for. If there a view or report that will give me this detail?
There is No View or Report that will show you this. The best option is to Download your Transaction Details CSV file and there will be a column to the right side called Name or Customer Name. Some customers names show and other might just show Visa Card Holder. When I was importing my Square Sales to Quickbooks this is how I associated the Customer to a Quickbooks sale, or it would just state it was a Square Sale if I chose.
