So when people chose pick up, my menu shows up. But when they switch to delivery it’s just blank. How can i fix this immediately?

Are you still seeing this issue on your end? I was able to get to the delivery page through your site.
If you're still having trouble, which internet browser are you using? Give Google Chrome a try.

I’m trying to set it up where my customers can schedule a delivery time instead of being assigned the earliest delivery time. Since the ore order on Wednesday's.
It sounds like you're looking for the Self-Serve that's available with the Online Store. Here is a helpful Support Article with setting this up.
You'll see this option in your Online Store Dashboard > Settings > Self-Serve Ordering
