Deleted item still showing up

Hey guys,

recently I created an item called “test”, just to test to make sure my website was all in working order. However once I deleted this item, it still shows up on my shop, and when clicking it brings up the 404 error message.

this is incredibly frustrating as obviously it makes the site look bad to customers. I saw a similar thread for the US forum,but I tried every suggestion there and it didn’t work.

I mean it isn’t a major issue, just makes the site look amateur. 

for reference my website is firstclassfootballshirts.com and the item is called “test” any help would be appreciated as I’m really really stressing over this.

I'm sorry to hear the item you deleted is still visible on your website, I can understand your frustration !

Did you re-publish your website after deleted the item ? Sometimes re-publishing can force the item sync between you Dashboard and your website.

We don't have visibility on your website settings or your item library, so if re-publishing doesn't fix the issue, I recommend reaching out to our Support Team by email, phone or on social media. They'll be able to take a closer look !
