Hi, there seems to be lengthy lag time from when a customer orders online to when it appears on the register for us to fulfill. Is anyone else having this issue? I have the orders set to 15 minutes which gives us a buffer to scoop the ice cream but there are times when a customer arrives and we just get the order at that time.

Are you using an iPad to take payments/as your register?
We have not heard any other reports of a delay occurring. Take a look at these general troubleshooting steps for the Square app to see if that resolves your issue.
