We are suddenly getting Authorization error: 'GENERIC_DECLINE' messages associated with our customers' online purchases through ThunderTix Gateway. We are not using a Square Terminal for these purchases.
This is very unusual, as this is the first time since August 2023 we've encountered declines.
Has something changed since July 1, 2024?

With every third party service, it's best to reach out to them directly for verification of the errors.
Chances are there has been a change in the API from Square or a change in the code from ThunderTix that is causing this problem. Best case, you'll just need to update the website. Worst case, you found a bug that ThunderTix will have to resolve.
