Database CSV feed error with date on the 13th onwards each month

Hi,

Has anyone else noticed this error with the database feed. Download your CSV file for the pervious months items report, and there is an fault with the date format.  on the 12th its fine, then on the 13th it drops 2 digits of the year. eg

1/12/2020 then 1/13/20   It wasn't there a few days ago. Gone back a few months same issue when you download the feed,  happens on the 13th each month. ( bug ?? )

This does sound strange! I'm not entirely sure whether this would be on our end or on the Excel / Google Sheets end, but if you've not already, please submit a support ticket via this form so our support team can document the issue and file a bug report if need be.

If this is happening on the 13th of each month it sounds like some sort of mismatch between US and AU date formats. I've actually experienced a similar issue when using Google Sheets for personal work outside of Square in the past, unfortunately it wasn't something I wasn't able to solve and just went with the inconsistent date formatting in the end 😬
