When I check reports on for the day, it’s only showing 5 sales for the day even though we have more than 200 sales. When I go into transactions, I can see all the sales however, they aren’t showing up in any of the reports? My fear is that when the end of day is run it won’t record any transactions for the day and I’ll have no means in which to recover any of that data.

I would export all transaction details... so you have records of the transaction ID, the Payment ID etc for your records that if needed could be sent to Square.
