Dashboard Permission Troubleshooting

Hi. My colleague cannot use the sq reader as it says she needs permission for it.

I have given her permission on the dashboard but it still says permission needed..can someone please explain if im doing something wrong and / or a solution please...the pay by phone method is too unreliable as it crashes daily..any answers appreciated

Could I get some clarification on when and where you are seeing this message? If you have a screenshot of it as well, that would be super helpful.

 

In the meantime, here is a helpful article that goes over the basics of Permissions with Square, in case you wanted to double-check your Settings.
