Daily sales reports ok; not receiving payment notifications

I recently changed the email address on our non-profit account.  Since then I do not receive any payment notification when a donation is made, however, I do receive the daily sales report the following morning.  Square customer support says my notification settings are correct so it must be a problem with our domain host, but if I am getting the sales reports at the same address with no problem how can it be a domain problem?

 

Any thoughts?

As I see this is your first post welcome to the sellers community.

 

Since I am not tech support or know which settings you looked at or changed, all I can do is check to see if emails are checked for each sale if you like.   I turned mine of for each sale as during busy seasons it is annoying to hear ever X minutes my cell notification going off for an email of a sale.

 

You would need to be logged in to your Square Dashboard for this and not just from an app on a cell.

From the link I provide check that under Transactional sales, the emails you want have a Blue Check.

Hi Keith,

Yes, all boxes are checked.  I called Square support and they say everything is ok on their end.  The domain host also says there is no way I could get some email and not all if it was their (the domain host) problem.  I'll have to call Square again and escalate, I guess.  Thanks for your input.
