Hi, is it possible to change the questions that are asked of customers during a Square post sale survey. ie to make them applicable for my business?

Great question! At the moment, the Square Feedback form is standardised and is not customisable, more than what is listed in this support article.
We're always working to improve our products based on feedback like this, so I'll be sure to feed it back internally. Hopefully this is something we can make possible soon.
