I use Craftybase for my inventory software. It's designed to work with Square.online and for the most part has been trouble-free...my orders automatically import and my stock levels are automatically updated. However I've realised that the customer details on each order (name and address) are not importing. Craftybase have said that these details are not on the file that they receive from Square in the automatic import so the problem does not seem to be on the Craftybase side. Has anyone else had this issue and, if so, did they find a resolution? In fact, it would be really helpful to know if anyone else integrates with Craftybase and has NOT had this problem as well.
