Customer address not accepted

My customer is trying to place an order in NY but it says her address can't be accepted and we can't ship there. I already have my website info checked for "shipping to all 50 states +"

How can we fix this so she can order?

Can you confirm if your customer is entering their address manually or if they are using the suggested address that appears below?  Sometimes address formatting might be rejected by our mailing carriers if they are unable to match what they have on their system.
