I'm looking at my customer satisfaction graph in "Customers insight" and there are 4 lines that are blue and have the number "2" beside it. I was wondering if anyone knew what that meant? I haven't received any feedback from my customers yet.
When you're looking at the Feedback section in Customers, it defaults to only showing you feedback with comments. My bet is that you have received feedback with no comments. Click where it says "With Comments" and choose "All Feedback." You should see the non-commented feedback totaling the numbers on the bars.
