In the Square Directory, I have custom fields for my gym members like Gym Expiration Date or Tanning Expiration Date. When I click the "Filter" button to only see members with a certain expiration date, those custom fields are not in the filter list.
When I look at the Manage Custom Groups and Filters article (https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/6245-manage-customer-groups-and-filters) it says:
Click Filter and choose the filter you would like to add. Note: Square will auto-populate relevant filters as well as input any Custom Fields you’ve created.
So it appears like this should work just fine but isn't. Any help?
Hello, @ImageFit- I took a look at your customer Directory filters, your correct, I was not able to find custom fields for Gym Expiration Date or Tanning Expiration Date. Was the field created and working as expected or are you creating the field for the first time?
Interesting. I can see them just fine. I took a screenshot but don't see where I can attach one here.
