Hi,

How do I set up the Online store to allow Customer accounts? I upgraded to enable this but can't see how to do it anywhere. I have attached a screenshot to show that you say it is in the upgrade. If it is not then i would like a refund and i will be moving to a different provider! This is a great shame as I love square apart from this...

Thanks for flagging this. Unfortunately, this is a mistake and I can confirm that customer accounts are not available in the UK at this time.

I reported this to our product teams in early February for correction, and I will bring it up again today.

I'm sorry to hear that this is a make-or-break for you, please reach out to our support team directly, and they will be able to refund your bundle.

When this feature is released, I will let you know here regardless.
