Having a Yes/No pop-up for tips would be a feature request at the moment.
The screen will automatically display either Smart Tip Amounts or Custom Tip Amounts depending on which setting you have enabled.
I do see how the additional functionality would be useful here, if this does become available in future I'll be sure to let you know here!
