I tried to charge a customer for work we did. She gave me her cc and I typed it in. I didnt have any problem before but for some reason this time i put the cc in square wont accept it. She says her bank says it get taken out but then refunded. Any help on this?
Depending on the amount of the sale this could simply be fraud pretection kicking it out because you typed in the customers number. Swiping, dipping the card probably would have resulted in an approval. Not sure.
