Creating new item issue

Hi i tried to create a new items via the square app but some reason it doesn’t show on the website. But if I login via desktop the item is there but as unavailable. Why can’t I create and sell new items via the app?

Also when on the desktop when creating items it won’t show on one part of the website but does on the other. I’m having issues trying to add stock as it shows 4 on one part of the side but on another setting blank. If that makes sense. I am just trying to create an item with a few colour options.
