You’re now able to create a recurring invoice series right from the Square Point of Sale app!
Great news - the Invoices team has released a new and exciting update. When creating an invoice using the Square app, you’re able to create a recurring series for that customer.
So, let’s say you’re a personal trainer, and you're meeting a client for their first session. It went great and they agree to start immediately. You can set up monthly (or weekly, quarterly, annual, etc.) billing on the spot right from the Invoices section of the Square app. Set a monthly fee, custom date to send the invoice, and even let your customer save their payment card so the invoice is automatically paid each month!
To get started:
When your clients receive the invoice in their email, they can pay your invoice securely online. If their card was already on file, it’s charged automatically. Your funds will be deposited according to your deposit schedule.
That’s it! No more chasing clients around or dealing with sending invoices over snail mail every month in order to get paid -- the Square app takes care of it for you!
Also, remember you can create and manage recurring invoices from your online Square Dashboard.
