Sorry to hear you're having trouble with coupons!
Are you seeing any particular error messages when you're trying to use the coupon?
While it's a little difficult for us to determine what the exact issue may be here, if you're not seeing any errors that indicate what the issue may be you can also get in touch with support on 1800 760 137. They'll be able to take a better look into how the account and coupons are being set up and offer potential solutions.
Otherwise, if you can let me know any more info about the nature of the error I may be able to work out what's gone on 🙂
