I tried to start my contactless reader. The green lights come on go out and nothing happens. I am having hard time link to bluetooth on phone. Have restarted 3 times. Is it time for new reader?
It may be time for a new reader if you're not having issues with other Bluetooth devices connecting and staying connected to your phone. Have you tried connecting another Bluetooth device to your phone to test it?
